Singer-songwriter and multimedia artist Cesca shares a sweet yet slightly chaotic love confession in her new single \u201cI\u2019m Nilalamig<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThis song is about that awkward, exciting phase where I\u2019m clearly catching feelings but pretending I\u2019m not. I try to act normal, keep my distance, convince myself I\u2019m being demure, until one small moment completely gives me away. Saying I\u2019m cold turns into him offering his coat, and from there, things just shift,\u201d the StarPop artist said.<\/p>\n

The indie pop track was composed and produced by Cesca, serving as her comeback to the music scene. She also co-produced the song with StarPop label head Roque \u201cRox\u201d Santos.<\/p>\n

In 2022, Cesca released her debut extended play (EP), \u201cTravel,\u201d featuring the tracks \u201cLovesick – Pagmahalasakit,\u201d \u201cPambihirang Harana,\u201d and \u201cWhat If.\u201d The EP has since amassed over 18 million streams on Spotify. Following its release, she earned a nomination for Best Traditional\/Contemporary Folk Recording at the 36th Awit Awards, marking a strong start to her recording career.<\/p>\n

The following year, she unveiled her first full-length album, \u201cBalse ng Gabi,\u201d which included a collaboration with Maki on the title track. She later joined forces with Trisha Denise and Belle Mariano for the single \u201cWala? Nandiyan.\u201d Beyond her own music, Cesca has also written songs for other artists, including “Somber” for Belle, further showcasing her versatility as a songwriter.<\/p>\n
