ABS-CBN\u2019s girl group BINI soared to new heights as the first Filipino group to take the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival stage during their debut performance on Saturday (April 11) in the Philippines or Friday (April 10) in the United States, marking a landmark moment for OPM on the global stage.<\/p>\n

They performed a total of 10 songs during their 45-minute set time at the Mojave stage of the festival, held in Indio, California, that drew music fans from all over the world.<\/p>\n

The nation\u2019s girl group opened the show with \u201cShagidi,\u201d followed by \u201cZero Pressure\u201d and \u201cOut Of My Head.\u201d They also performed Filipino hits \u201cKarera\u201d and \u201cSalamin, Salamin,\u201d followed by \u201cBlink Twice\u201d and \u201cCherry on Top.\u201d The audience got to see their first live performance of their new song \u201cBlush,\u201d followed by \u201cBikini,\u201d and their final number, \u201cPantropiko.\u201d<\/p>\n

Between performances, BINI members Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna, and Sheena also expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to represent the Philippines in one of the world\u2019s biggest music festivals.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are so grateful to be here to represent the Philippines on a global stage and to share with you guys our music,\u201d said Aiah.<\/p>\n

Overwhelming support from viewers poured in before, during, and after the performance, which was livestreamed via the Coachella YouTube channel.<\/p>\n

#BINI_CoachellaWk1 surged to the top of trending topics worldwide on X, also leading in the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates, while ranking #2 in Canada and Singapore, #5 in Australia, and #6 in Puerto Rico and the United States.<\/p>\n
