At 25 years old, Eugene graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Honors Program), specializing in Financial Economics with a minor in Decision Science.<\/p>\n<p>At just 12 years old, Eugene found himself abandoned and left to survive the streets of Metro Manila. He took shelter under bridges when it rained, in alleys when the weather held, and inside parked tricycles or jeepneys on good days.
