Principle of every stage at the illness is Triple therapy \u2013 Anti-Viral, Anti-inflammatory, and Anti-Coagulant.<\/strong>\u00a0Make sure you understand the stages of COVID 19 and are ready to introduce Anti-inflammatory and Anti-Thrombotics if there is progression and the patient deteriorates, or if the patient presents late.<\/p>\n

At the beginning (first 5 days), the focus needs to be antiviral. (SIDDz). Silver is anti-inflammatory and Ivermectin may prevent thrombosis. Consider Aspirin if the patient is high risk. After day 7-8 particularly if there is hypoxia, additional anti-inflammatory and anti-thrombotic agents need to be considered.<\/p>\n
